I had the pleasure of utilizing Franky's service on my home in Port Orchard. My objective was to level our lot and put down topsoil for a lawn. What I found most important in this project was being able to convey my thoughts to someone who understood what I wanted and deliver without incessant negative responses. Franky went to work with his co-worker and made my vision come to life. There was no "I can't do that" - "it's too wet" - "it's too steep" - "can't get the topsoil delivered" - all the excuses a contractor adds to bump up the price or fails to deliver. I wanted a contractor who provided the estimate and stayed within the parameters without complaining and then deliver. I was also impressed with the cleanup after the job was completed. He and his co-worker (Dave) were diligent and concerned about leaving the site clean and presentable. I highly recommend Franky's to anyone looking for a good job at a reasonable price and without constant complaints or price increases. One final comment - both Franky and Dave were personable - reliable - and concerned about performance and satisfaction.

Needed to level and regrade a large area for a future shed pad. The operator was skilled and got the job done efficiently in a half-day rental. He listened to what I wanted and the site is perfectly level. One star off for the deep ruts left in the soft soil of my yard when entering/leaving the worksite

You could not find a smarter, competent, caring professional than Franky. It is rare to meet a contractor who is really in the home-owners court. He advised me on a project that he thought was not viable even though he could have taken it on. When do we see contractors in this day and age who are so honest and ethical? He saved me a bunch of money and helped me figure out a reasonable path forward. He is a jewel.

They did an amazing job on my yard. It had 9 yrs of blackberry growth and they wiped it all out in one day. Cleaned up all of the junk hidden underneath along with a swing set hidden under the blackberry bushes. I am so happy with the job they did that I am having them come back and do some more work on my yard.
